Worst experience after having a tenant for 3+yrs , after serving my notice , i waited for my deposit to be paid under 7 days and when i followed up i got told stories and send a huge billing citing some findings from their end. They performed an exit inspection without me and on purpose cause their staff have Conflict of Interests, 1stly they claim the house was not cleaned and they gave the work to themselves and debited my monies. They listed some damages that i rejected , when i asked that we compare the Move In Inspection with the Exit Inspection report , they said they lost the report etc etc. In the 3+yrs with them, they only attended to less than 3 requests which were reported and the rest they did not and are now puttin the charges on my account on things that they promised to fix when they were reported cuz some of them were due to rain water comin through the door. They r ********* in their practices , from agent, admin and maintenance department. A DEN OF ******* .
My experience with Re Max Polokwane has been awful to say the least. Their maintenance department would confidently tell you that they are going to speak to the owner even when its urgent prior attending to your issue. I have reported drain issues for days and yet to be assisted, i cant use the bathroom nor wash my clothes cuz the room may be flooded and still cant get help but they receive my monies monthly without talkin about the owner. What value do they offer really?
So i recently serviced my card at Ford Modimolle without a hassle and on my way to Mpumalanga, the engine light was on and i called the Manager at Ford Modimolle which he advised nicely for me to go to the nearest ford and ask for help in terms of diagnostics which i did but i experienced the worst service one could get from the reception lady at MC Gee Ford in Burgersfort. From the onset , she ran refused to attend to our matter sayin i should come on wednesday to book and its not her problem without even understanding the request. She played manager/reception even when she could see her wrong, she could not even wait to speak to the Manager from the other dealer and only after she hear me talkin on the phone with the manager, she wanted to listen and made as if she does me a huge favour to diagnose a Ford car at a Ford dealership. She is the worst reception staff i have ever come across, very rude and foolish at the same time. Behind her desk is a biiig quote on service by 'Henry Ford' which she is not even close to living the code/value. Never will i waist my time to be in that miserable place. M done.
I bought items online in april and had to cancel after delays in delivery ,submitted my refund request in july 22nd and till this day no update as to when my monies will be paid. I logged 4 complaints with them still not winning , never in my life did. I experience such horrible treatment , my monies for school registration remains with them and I have to endure the pain .. What a mess!!
