I would just like to say that we are currently in the market for purchasing a property. The first property we liked we inquired to the estate agent from Remax Lydenburg and were told that there is a current offer on the property and that we will have to wait and see if the transaction is going through or not, and that we possibly will have to look for another property. A while ago, I was informed by same estate agent that she is awaiting to hear if the loan is going through or not. We also had plans to view another property but was eager to hear about this one, but after a week still no answer. Another esatate agent that assisted us from another firm, contacted me and told me that the sale did not go through and property is available. We made plans to go see the property the same day. We were really happy and put in an offer the next day. Only to hear from the Remax estate agent a week after, if we would like to go look at the property, and I informed her that we already did and that we put in an offer a week ago. We were already informed that our offer after signing a offer to purchase, was accepted, and that we applied for a loan, using same offer to purchase. Now I was enformed yesterday that where were gazumpted, as we are now on hold with the whole sale due to Remax estate agent put in an offer. The whole matter would not have upset me so much, but due to the double standards of the estate agents. I just wanted to say that I am severly dissapointed, and would not advise anyone I know to their firm.
I am very disappointed with FNB as all my debit orders with them where deducted today without my consent. My salary is only going to be paid end December and have I not been contacted by FNB to inquire if they may deduct my debit orders early. I am upset as now most of the debit orders will reflect on insufficient funds, and who will pay those extra bank costs. I have contacted FNB and their only response to me was, that it is not yet reflecting therefore they cannot reverse the already deducted debit orders so they cannot stop the rest that still need to deduct, I am very very disappointed with FNB
I just want to say I am very disappointed in this policy as they have deducted the December installments without my consent on the 7th of December for a installment that needs to be deducted by 27 December -1 January. My salary has not yet been paid for December and I know they deduct early but that is only with your consent and I never received a call inquiring if they can deduct the installment early. I feel this is very unfair and unprofessional of them.
I purchased an off-road motorcycle through this company a few years ago. I did my financing through Standard Bank. I was told that I will not have to do yearly licencing on the vehicle. Today I went to do a change of ownership and was I informed that I have to pay outstanding fees for the licencing not being taken out yearly on the motor vehicle. I am severely disappointing as this is a big amount that I had to pay and that all because I was not given any documentation by the company to enable myself to ensure to the renewing of the licencing of the vehicle. I would like to know who is responsible for this as I have not refused to pay any fees and now, this at a time which I can least afford to spend that amount of money.
