We attended the Fives Pinehurst today, it was a company event, some played padel and some played soccer. With it being a company game I was told to purchase water for everyone playing (not knowing the rules of the venue, as I have never been there, this was only the instruction that I was given). While taking the water out of my vehicle, a guy approached me, extremely abruptly, no respect at all, not an ounce of decency. Told me very rudely to put my water back in my car. Which I did, without reacting to his ugly manner. I went inside to purchase food and snacks for my 3 year old. When I came out the guys were taking water from my car, they did not know at this moment that it was not allowed. This same guy came up to me and again, extremely disrespectful told me to park my car outside, not on the premises. While pulling out, he was standing and watching me the entire time. The security even took a picture of my vehicle. This level of disrespect I have experienced from your club put a very bad taste in my mouth. Due to POPI, I am sure you know how ******** this is. The club itself is amazing, clean and organized, but when you have people who has absolutely no respect towards the next person, it gives your club a bad name. The rules states no dogs and no bringing your own food in, but there was someone with 2 dogs, braaing and carrying meat from their boot. Nothing was said. Should we call this ******? I have no idea. All I could recommend is teaching your staff to have respect and to treat people equally.
I had an ADSL line with Telkom which i was paying R800 per month, this was a month to month contract. I then received a call from them one afternoon saying that they are picking up their copper lines and that we would receive a LTE router. I told them that i don't want a LTE router as we were getting fibre soon and therefore would be cancelling with them. The guy told me that the LTE router was at no cost and that the monthly fee would remain at R800, and that we can contact them and they will come and collect the router again at no extra cost. That month we received a bill of more than R1000. I then cancelled our service and told them they needed to collect the router, we then got another bill of R3500 for the router with an additional R1000. I still have the router at home after calling numerous times. I was told that the router would be collected and the R3500 would be credited. Months later still nothing and Telkom has now handed me over for debt collecting, which i have never had before. Telling me i owe them over R4000 They are now messing with my credit rating which upsets me. I need to get this sorted and cleared. I have never had such bad service, would never recommend them to anyone.
Took my vehicle for break pads and discs, paid R2500 only to have endless issues. Took my car back 7 times and still not fixed, eventually they got the rep in who then advised that my callipers need replacing. I'm extremely disappointed with their service, I will not be taking my car back. Never have I experienced issues like this before. Never have I gone back to a place 7 times and still not have the issue sorted. R2500 down the drain, now I need to pay someone else to fix the issue which should have been fixed the first time.
