******* *****ing money from my retired sister and refuse to cancel the contract
On the 8th of this month, I went to purchase at Pep in Kempton Square, Kempton Park. I bought 2 pairs of pjs and my colleague bought a pair as well. I was helped by a grumpy cashier called Tirelo, not a face of Pep obviously. It was 17;28 I guess it was almost time to go home. After paying instead of folding my pjs into the plastic I bought as it’s normally done at the shops, she just threw everything in to the plastic bag. I stopped her and told her to fold them nicely and offered to assist her. She’s so disrespectful and old enough to be my daughter . She didn’t want to do it and she called the next customer. I told her am going nowhere and instructed the customer not to come. She turned her back on me, took the hangers away. I don’t get angry but just get upset when my rights as a customer are infringed, but this day I got very angry and I could feel my heart boiling. I called for the branch manager and was told she’s not in and her assistant came. Tirelo screamed back at me and never saw anything wrong with what she did. This girl is definitely ***********, has poor communication skills, no respect at all, not supposed to work with people. She’s just at Pep for a salary, no passion for what she’s employed to do. She has a stinking attitude and a pathetic customer service. Still after being instructed, she dif exactly what she did, because she still didn’t fold instead chuffed into the the plastic a man’s pj pant and T-shirt into the plastic as if it’s a one item. I was very angry and a certain lady, who happens to be her colleague, was laughing and said Tirelo was completely wrong and instead of shouting back and screaming at me, she should have apologised. My colleague was helped by Lush’s and the set of the man’s pj she bought were folded nicely in such a manner that when we got to work, she just put them in a gift pack.
At the shop at about 16:50, was on the queue and a white guy paid at Mahlatsi’s till after he paid, I went in to pay. Mahlatsi left me standing there and never even looked at me and tell me if she’s coming or not. She was busy with her things even moping while the lady who was on the next till was attending to the customers on the queue. I then asked the lady where is Mahlatsi and she told me to come pay at her till. I asked Mahlatsi who was busy cleaning or mopping why she left me standing like a fool at the till. She answered with an attitude that I was invisible to her. I told her she’s rendering a poor customer service and she said she thought I was just resting. Hod forbids, I was standing on the queue to rest in front of her till. I asked to see the manager and the manager who seemed not interested said “sorry” and carried on doing what she was busy with. The manager and Mahlatsi need thorough training. Customer service is not important to them and treat customer at face value. The manager refused to give me Mahlatsi’s surname. I even tried calling customer care and unfortunately it was closed. She wanted to knock off as they were complaining that g4s are coming in late to collect money. I am very angry and will tell everybody I know about the bad service I experienced today
i have three contracts with Vodacom. My =account was in arrears with R12219.00. On the 24th of May 2024 i went to the Vodacom Outlet at Festival Mall and paid the R12219.00, then i asked for cancellation fee for the first and the second contracts. I was told my account was with pre legal department and it will be updated within 48 hours then i will get help. To my surprise, in the first week of June. MBD Attorneys call me regarding my account with Vodacom. Gave them my story and was given a WhatsApp number to send proof of payment of which i did. Since end of May 2024, i am called by either Vodacom or MBD to ask me to pay and they confirm that they never received the R12219.00. I sent everybody my proof of payment, even yesterday i received more than 4 calls asked about my account with Vodacom. The calls that i received since end of May, are more than 500 from different people more than 4 times a day.
Prof Peter Beale my hero. He saved my tiny baby. I gave birth to a baby girl, Loretta on the 30th of August 1994 at Peglarae hospital at Rustenburg. She was immediately transferred to Ferncrest because there was no icu for babies by then a it was new hospital. She was attended by Dr Mutanda who called me, I was still at Peglarar and told me we are going to be transferred to Parklane Clinic as my daughter needed the expertise of Professor Peter Beale. We were transferred by Devries ambulance. We met Prof Beale who had time to explain our daughter's condition which was rare and said is reversable only by operation. He is a man of NOBLE character, yes that's why he is a doctor and above all of kids. He gave us a genuine smile and told us that he operates premature kids and with success. We calmed down as he spoke to us and assured us everything will be ok.I felt it in my spirit that he cares and loves all of his patients deeply. One nurse confirmed it with us seeing we were just worried and told us that he loves his patients and fights for them if needs be. This man operated my daughter and took care of her from different hospitals and even at a public hospital, Charlotte Maxeke where she remembered her name & addressed her by name. I couldn't believe it he still remembered her. I remember there was a time my daughter had to spend her birthday in hospital. Prof Beale bought her a gift & a birthday card with a beautiful message. Professor Beale is a Doctor with a passion for what he is doing and his profession is a real calling. If only we had doctors like him. My daughter is now a professional nurse and has learned a lot from Prof Beale to care, love and smile to your patients to reassure them. Prof Beale may the good Lord bless you and keep you. We will forever be grateful to you as well. May God protect you and bless the works of your hands.
I paid a once off fee of R196 to b2 dating. I got a shock of my life when R999.00 was debited from my Capitec Account. I called the bank to lodge a dispute. I never authorized deductions of R999.00. Then I was advised to cancel the card because this people they take money from people’s banks because they made a payment online. I was forced to cancel my card due to that. Now they send me threatening emails that they will hand over my account to the lawyers. I want my money back and that account to be deleted. On the 26th of August 2019 I went pass Truworths at Fourways, store 157 and purchased a Lancôme wrist watch for myself. Then today I wanted to adjust and wear it only to find the clip of adjusting doesn’t clip to close it. I decided to go to Festival Mall branch271 for an exchange. An arrogant consultant before even checking the problem told me I have to go back to Branch 157. I told her I live in Kempton Park I bought there because I was driving past there. She inspected the watch and told me that it is damaged so they can’t exchange other branch’s damage. I got upset and called customer care and I spoke to Nokunwaba who was also not helpful and spoke with no confidence and I could hear from her voice that she’s not competent enough. She gave me reference 77815. I demanded for credit on my account as I wanted a watch. I insisted on leaving the watch and they all said I should go with it and go to Fourways. I told Nokunwaba that as much as they can arrange a courier to get me what I need from another branch and charge me R40.00, they can do likewise and she said the store has to decide. The attitude of the consultant was stinking and when I asked to see the manager she told me the manager doesn’t stay in the shop. Please intervene, I bought another watch today as I needed it ASAP and I have their watch and I just want my account to be credited and they can send a courier to collect their watch. At the branch not only the consultant who was helping me had an attitude, also the pregnant consultant had an attitude and even refused to assist me with my purchase of another watch and said the one with employee number 9368167. In two days it will be my birthday and already these incompetent staff of Truworths spoiled my week of celebration .
