Exceptional service
What fantastic service from Hirsch Strubens Valley. Thank you Lakin, you are a star for organizing and delivering our new fridge within 1 HOUR of paying for it. No meaningful warranty provided
If I could give 0 stars I would. I used Bergen’s Randpark Ridge to install a new compressor in my fridge. They ripped me R6000 to do it. Fast forward 7 months and the compressor they installed has failed. They only offer a 6 month warranty (conveniently) so I have to pay again to repair it. A fridge compressor should last 5 years at a minimum. My advice to anyone wanting to use this company, avoid avoid avoid. No, I did not pay them again to repair what should have been covered under a warranty!! I’ll take my business elsewhere to a company that stands behind their quality of service and components they sell.

Shocking service
The service offered by this dealership is nothing short of shocking. My car was there for 3 days and the only updates I got were when had to call to find out what was going on. After 3 days they had not repaired the car and was told they need to order parts and that would take 5 days. When I did get my car back after the second booking, the problem still exists. To make it worse, when I opened the bonnet a few days later, I found loose nuts sitting on the side of the engine bay. Even after informing the service advisor and sending pics of the nuts, not even acknowledged or responded to. Is my car safe to drive, who knows what those nuts are meant to secure????? Would highly recommend anyone to avoid this dealer and travel further to get better and more competent service. In fact it has put me off Mercedes and I will go back to BMW for my next vehicle!!

Exceptional experience
A beacon of light in an otherwise dismal car trade in South Africa. Exceptional service, empathetic and attentive staff and a seamless buying experience. Thank you Mohsin, Wesley for putting together an exceptional deal and finding me the car I have been looking for. Thank you to Sven for a the excellent delivery and handover of my vehicle. If you are looking for a quality used luxury car or a new car, Mohsin and his team will not disappoint!! Highly recommended.

Although they put a great deal together for me, despite multiple commitments, the accounts of the cars I traded in have still not been settled 7 weeks later which is extremely concerning
Although they put a great deal together for me, despite multiple commitments, the accounts of the cars I traded in have still not been settled 7 weeks later which is extremely concerning. Added to this, one of the cars I purchased, I have still not received a new license disc or confirmation that it has been registered in my name with a copy of the NaTIS certificate. I have done a few deals with this dealer and have not experienced problems like this before.

********** telematics and systems
I genuinely did not think it was possible for a tracking company to have worse telematics and systems than Tracker, but wow was I wrong! Should have done my research on this platform before moving to Netstar. I can only hope and pray my vehicles are never ****** or hijacked because Netstar would never find them where their systems say they are 🤣🤣. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Outstanding Service
Having dealt with a few solar installation companies, and learnt some hard lessons, I can honestly say that this company stands head and shoulders above the rest of the companies out there. There are no shortcuts, the job is done correctly and to code. They are professional and very well priced for the level and quality of service they offer. If you are looking to get off the grid or just a back up solution for loadshedding, this is the company you should use. Thank you Stanley and the whole Candor team, it was a pleasure having you in our home doing the installation and solving our power requirements for the long term.
