GODSPACH is a Dishonest construction company
My first review was removed this morning by the administrator. I have no idea why. Let me say this again i hired Mr Phumlani Mongezi Xulu to build my house. He wasted my mixed concrete which costed me around R7000. On top of that he ask me to pay a deposit so he can install electricity i paid him around R18.500 and they never installed my electricity. I also paid him around R13,000 to plaster the house which was never done. Today around 9:44 he called me screaming at me he wanted me to remove him from Hellopeter i refused as he is still owing me so much money. He said we must meet in Court i gladly welcome that . I have been tracking this man for over 2years and suddenly he is showing up cause he is losing business. I hope this time this review will not be removed until Mr Phumlani Mongezi originally from eNdwedwe pay my money.

Cruel, Arrogance liar Phumlani Xulu owner of GOSPARCH construction company
I am flabbergasted by the behaviour of GOSPARCH construction company. The owner Phumlani Mongezi Xulu for wasting my material taking my hard-earned cash and running away without finishing the project I hired him for. Phumlani Mongezi Xulu of GOSPARCH is a crook a liar and a thief. I hired him to build the project instead of building and finishing the project he took my money and disappeared. I tried so many times to contact him, he ignored my calls, if I send him WhatsApp texts he reads them but he does not respond to them He is the biggest scam of all times someone who can not be trusted. He claims to be a good person but he is just a thug who sucks other people's blood. Someone who is not worth being trusted. He uses people and dumps them like dirt but he claims to be a Christian. It has been more than months now trying to get hold of him but he is no were to be found. He owes me money for Mixed concrete that the trucks pour on the ground because of his lack of planning. He owes thousands of rands for plastering that his company never finishes after I paid him all the plaster money. He owes me thousands for electricity as he failed to connect the electricity after he demanded advance payment of 50%. Today I'm sitting with a project that is not finished because of his arrogance, liars and is so cruel and empty promises

Rude manager poor customer service from China City shop in Pinetown
I am writing this review on a very very sad and heavy heart. On Sunday the 28th of November 2021. I visited China City in Pinetown by the old main road. Was looking for just a small tv set for a certain family. When I was in this shop went around looking for this tv finally about two ladies showed me where the tv is situated. I made my way to the shelf and the people who were assisting me had no time or whatsoever but I thought let me just let it go. The real problem started when I went to the till to make payment and I ask why am I not given the tv then I can make payment one lady said to me, the rule of this shop is one need to make payment first before he/she be given the electric appliance was surprised by this but I was like it fine. Now one lady who claim to be a manager said I need to swipe my card first because my card will decline cause I am a hobbo ( street kid ), then the problem started I asked her why she is judging me do I even looked like a hobbo or someone who is from the street. She insisted that I'm a hobbo and from then she started swearing at me. Then I asked for the manager or the owner of the shop was told by her that she is the manager and I asked for someone above her was told that he/ she is in China, asked for the number and email address of the owner they refused from then they were swearing at me calling me with all sort of names. They even said to me why I am buying fakes ( imitation ) from China cause i was very surprised that a manager of the shop will say that to me. I decided to start recording these two ladies and I have videos as evidence of what was happening and things they were saying to me. I people to boycott all the china city shops more especially the one in Pinetown by old main road as the managers of this shop believe that was not supposed to by there as they are selling fake product also as they had no customer service instead they are very judgemental. One ladies name is Zinhle if I'm not mistaken but they refused to give me their names etc. There was a Chinese lady in the store and she can't speak English and she didn't even want to speak to me in order to address this matter. These two black females are not supposed to work in any place as they have no respect for people they are rude no customer service they are judgemental also they strongly believe that the shop they claim to be managing is selling fake products as it from china. People boycott this china mall shop. I still want to address this matter with the owners of the shop as I was told they are in china and they will come back after a week.

I am very disappointed with this company after years of harassment by them, I finally paid their amount in full and now they can not remove my name from ITC or judgement and now they are running away from me and I'm stuck with the judgement in my name while I have settled the Old Mutual Account that they have been harassing me about. Can someone assist?

Robbing me of R55000.00 by hardware in Asmals erulam
i open the account to buy building material and i paid R55000.00 and when was quoting for price so i can get the material they have double the prices i decided to go to the hardware and spoke to a guy by the name of Malema and he promise to sort it out and to speak to his manager Mohamed. that was on the 15 of July 2020 ( Malema number 076 247 0543) Than on the 16 July 2020. i made couple of calls and i gave them my account and was told there is no such account. the second lady i spoke to told me that i only paid 37 000 Than decided to drive to them to get clarity about this. One lady who attended me she refused to assist me and she demanded to see my identity document by force. than decided to show her the invoice she told me it was not from this business even when i show her the email address where they send me the statement she denied it. after a while i spoke to Mohamed who was very rude when i ask for my R55 000.00 he told me i will not going to get it. it eitheri take the material or must forget about my R55 000.00 Was dealing with Mohamed who refused to give me his number and Malema the store number is 032 533 1526 Can someone assist i need my R55 000.00 with immediate effect.
