Worst rental experience yet
The worst rental agency I've had to deal with. DO NOT USE THEM. We moved out at the end of Feb 2024. After numerous emails and phone calls that does not get responded to, we finally managed to get our deposit back 3 months after we moved out, on top of that they only returned half our deposit and they won't provide us with a reason as to why. These people are ******. STAY AWAY!!!

Worst experience I have had in my life at merseta.
I have handed in all of my paperwork on the 1st of August 2019 for evaluation at the merseta Cape Town branch. They said they will have a response for me within 3 weeks time... Needless to say it has been 5 weeks and nobody has come back to me. Everytime I phone them they either put me on hold for 10 minutes and never come back to me or I get put through to their stupid switchboard that plays the most frustrating songs. The women even told me they can't find my papers and still haven't responded on any of my emails regarding re submission. This has been the absolute worst experience I have had with a place that is supposed to help it's students with a better future and more opportunities. I am so frustrated and don't know how to solve this problem since no one is answering my calls. If I could give them a negative star rating I would have done that.I hope after all of this is cleared up I have to never deal with them again and to anyone else that have to deal with their pathetic system , I wish you the best of luck.
