Dont waste your time qith this person or his establishment
Took a R17100 deposit for a custom trailer on 6 Dec 2021... said it would be ready in 2 to three weeks... nothing available mid Feb asked for my refund... tons of stories later and now 5 April2022, 4 months on still no refund... Do not deal with this company... the owner Vaughn does not respond to mails... if you call him he say next week is when he will pay. But nothing happens.....

Fraudulent company as far as i am concerned...
4 months on an i am unable to get my R17100 refund for a trailer that was not built after first 2 months of waiting. Tons of excuses and no responses to my mails. Then eventualy when i get ahold of the owner Vaughn he says he will pay in 2 weeks.. 2 weeks after i need to wait for another 2 weeks ....

Do not send your hardware to be "fixed" to BT Games
Took my kid's X box one controller in on the 23 Jan. Was given a quote a few weeks later and accepted it. Have been calling ever since and have been given the old " i will call you back story" or we cant locate the controller as it may be in the other batch that we did not get back. I m beginning to think they have used it for spares. Spoke to Thandeka on the 24 of March who said the technician will repair and send back. 7 April still no call to collect......

If you dont get everything on your order we dont care.....
Order missing a item.. uber says thnaks for letting us know we will improve our service.... I replied saying that that does not help my problem the replied saying they cant offer compensation.... i said i dont want money I want the item that was to come with my order ... uber says thanks we cannot help you at this stage....
