I bought a bag about a month ago at The Couchman in Gateway. I payed R550 for it as it was on special. 3 Weeks later my zip broke, I dont understand how can it break after just 1 month, Pierre Cardin bag! So i took it back and they told me that it would take them 6 months to have it repaired. I asked them why does it take so long. I was told that it has to go back to their supplier... No ways unless their supplier is in China! I will never ever bye anything from this store again. I thought they sell genuine products but NOPE ALL FAKE.
A friend of mine had sent me some cash from Makro and I could withdraw from any Game stores, so since I was in Gateway i went to Game i also wanted to get a few things there. When i got to the cashier told me that she does not know the password for these services, the lady who works in that department was off and shes the ONLY one who knows the password. I then asked for the manager because surely they would know, she called the manager and he also did not know. Its not the first time that i have encountered such incompetence at Game Gateway, its so sad, its like they dont earn a salary, their employees DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE THERE INCLUDING THE MANAGERS. Its disgusting.
