I have booked for my wedding in 2025 which was meant to be held 28 March 2026 and paid deposit of R20 000 as requested , due to unforeseen circumstances I cancelled wedding on the 31st of December 2025 which was within the notice period. Was requested by Nosipho Ngqulunga to fill in the refund form on that day and advised that payment will be made in 30 days. 30 days have passed and have been doing follow up but nobody want to take responsibility. I have been in contact GM Kerry Reed and the level of disrespect I have been receiving is another level. I have tried everything and I see they have no intention of paying. What worse I can’t even get hold of them telephonically to speak to them.
I HAVE BEEN DE*****ED AN AMOUNT OF R195000 ON MY TYMEBANK ACCOUNT. THERE WERE 5 SIM SWOP MADE IN 1 DAY AND STILL THE BANK ALLOW TRANSACTIONS TO GO THROUGH. I COULDN'T MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS, I SENT AN EMAIL TELLING THE TYMEBANK I DID NOT CHANGE LOGIN DETAILS. I THEN FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION FROM TYMEBANK WHICH SAYS YOU MUST CHANGE LOGIN DETAILS AS SOON AS I NOTICED THE MESSAGE OF *****ULENT ACTIVITY, I REPORTED THE MATTER AFTER I HAD INSERTED THE SIMCARD INTO MY CELLPHONE AND NOTICED MESSAGES OF MONEY BEING WITHDRAWN FROM ACCOUNT. I CALLED TODAY THE 04/04/2024 WAS TOLD NO ONE IS ASSIGNED ON THE MATTER AROUND 3 OCLOCK AND 2 HOURS LATER I AM TOLD THE MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND CLOSED. IT IS WITH REGRET THAT TEBOGO DITHARSO WHOM I AM TOLD INVESTIGATED THE MATTER DID NOT EVEN MAKE AN EFFORT TO CALL ME OR SEND AN EMAIL EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD TO OPEN A ***** CASE AND SEND AFFIDAVIT VIA EMAIL. THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED WILL NOT MAKE ME RECOMMEND TYMEBANK AS A BANK OF CHOICE AND I WISH THAT NO ONE EVER BANK WITH THEM. 0720560733/0766304216 Delani Madela
My husband bought animal print shoes at woolworths west street for me, the shoes where painful so I decided to take them back to conubia woolworths. They refused to take them back until I said I am not taking these shoes back home with me and that was 3 months back. I have been to get feed back however they keep promising that someone will call me. Nobody has called and their service unpleasant. I don't know what to do anymore.
Well I ordered pizza at 16:30 and everything was confirmed but till now 19:40 I have not received it. I have 3 kids nagging telling me that they hungry so now I have to start cooking and what irritating me is I'm studying for my upcoming exam. This has totally got me angry even angry is not the word to discribe my anger nxa.
i have never in my life felt humiliated as a customer like this especially from a big company like toys r us and as my kids favorite shop. where i came from you go extra mile to find solution for customer not treat them like dogs, you know my mom always tell me about apartheid racism and i will laugh but today i felt it as i was treated like nothing by store manager tubal in gateway, i even left my highchair with him. you know the store manager Tubal from gateway treated me like im silly or stupid but i understand the undermining that we most black people receive from store especially by other race, just did not expert it from a big shop like them. all i wanted was to exchange gift from my babyshower and yes i dont have receipt for it coz it a gift and the person who gave me is in capetown but they refused to help me coz i dont have receipt. funny i went to exchange at babycity sameday and guess what they welcomed me with open arms and last with went to exchange blander at pick n pay and they exchanged it but toys r us couldnt help me, last month bought a prem, cort and car seat and i regret it.
