Bad service at Renault Roodepoort,Shame on you
What a shame!!!!I bought a car at Renault Roodepoort last week Monday and today I experienced the problem with the safety belt,I then took the car in at the dealership but the technicians didn't want to help not even to check what could be the problem,they advised that we book job card.. I'm very disappointed,they failed to help me with the safety belt, what if it was an engine or something big what was gonna happen?what is Renault saying about safety? if I wanted to go around and fix the safety belt I could have bought an old car but I bought a new car to avoid that..I don't even want this car anymore because you failed me,I want my contract to be cancelled and your guys must come and collect this car cause I don't have time to go up and down with them just for them to fix their fault...

Poor administration at planet fitness
Planet fitness randfontein they have problem with admin....I just received sms saying that they did not receive payment and I must call this number 086 149 6463 and is just ringing no one is answering it...this is my second month at the gym and they deduct the money last month...so I don't know which money they are talking about now cause is not even month end...my ref is PF 000327830...Can anyone explain to me please before this get out of hands cause soon their lawyers will be calling me....please help

Planet fitness randfontein
We joined planet fitness randfontein on April 2017 we noticed that they were not deducting their money from our account and we approached them about it and we were told that they did not have admin by then cause is the new gym...then we paid R800 than was showing on their system.. after paying that money then they started deducting their R299 every month...then we stop to go to the gym cause of my pregnancy...today I went to the gym and I was not allowed to gym because I'm owing them R1563...for how I don't know cause we never stop paying them and they also handed over our account to their lawyers....can anyone please help me because we paying R299 every month..I just don't understand why must we pay R1563 while we paying them every month....
