I use the Telkom chat service for the first time today. The assistance was quick and efficient and the agent was very helpful.
I took in my car for service this morning and was very disappointed in the service i received. Most of the staff were either busy on their personal phones, sitting around drinking coffee or having conversations with each other while they could see im waiting for someone to assist me. Second, no one assisted me in telling me where to go or where to drop my car for service. Most looked irritated - me being there was an inconvenience to them.
We wanted to celebrate my friends birthday at Magnolia on Saturday (07/09/2019). I had to make our booking twice as it wasn't made the first time (I found out when I phoned to confirm) and asked both times for them to do something special as it is for a birthday brunch. When we got to the restaurant I asked the waiter what they were planning on doing in celebration of my friends birthday and I got the irritable response "like wat?". It was clear to me that I was a nuisance to them eventhough the restaurant was quite. This was very disappointing. I will not make use of this establishment for future functions or celebrations.
