Unsatisfied customer!!!
What was supposed to be exciting turned out to be disappointing. My family and I booked here to celebrate my birthday, we were so excited as we read alot of good reviews. However when we got here it was a total disappointment!!! Our rooms had an awful smell, shower was not working, aircon wasnt working, bathrooms were dirty which is extremely unhygienic, no towels in bathrooms as well. We had such a horrible encounter with a game ranger who had such terrible attitude. Request for help to sort out the stuff that were not working was turned into a deaf ear! I was really looking forward to having a good time here being it was birthday but I was extremely dissatisfied as we have paid for this but received extremely poor service!!!!

Pathetic after service- GHD
Such pathetic services from such a huge brand. I have purchased my styler in December 2022, this styler has been in for repairs more than 2 times already. I am still awaiting my new styler for the past 2 months now. This is totally bull**** as I paid for the item it hasn't been given to me for free by GHD!!!! The after sales service is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!!!!

Absolutely disappointed with this online store!!! I have placed an order for the Nike airforce 1 on the 15/06/2022. I have received this order on the 25/06/2022 despite me paying for express shipping. When I opened the package, the item wasn't what it looked like on the pictures provided on the site, it actually looks very fake!!! I have messaged on whatsapp and sent numerous emails and I haven't received any response. I just need them to take the item back and give me a refund!!!!! I urge people not to purchase anything from this site, such unprofessionalism and disgusting customer service!!! What a disappointment!
