A dozen calls. Two dozen emails. I may as well just scream out my window. Leroy Merlin customer service are useless. My R17,000 order is undelivered and may be missing - I cannot reach them by phone or email anymore. They have disappeared entirely. Avoid this company, they are unresponsive, unreliable and will take your money and leave you with nothing but anxiety and heartache.
This place is a ****. They advertised 1 price and charged me another. When I sent a screen recording of the obvious overcharge they refused to do anything about it. So I returned the order and they charged me for shipping and did not refund all my money. They are ********s.
Run! These people are criminals. They are currently being chased by many families they ripped off and have criminal charges against thew. The first started ripping people off as NuPools. Now under this name. Fortunately the cops are on to them and they will be arrested soon.
DO NOT purchase a vehicle from these criminals. I caught them red-handed trying to sell a 2009 car as a 2010 while also lying about the mileage on the vehicle. I wasted a lot of time and money doing my own research on the vehicle and have concrete proof of their fraud. The also admitted to these lies in WhatsApp messages because they are stupid as well. Do NOT deal with these criminals.
When my amp got wet during heavy winter rains, the fine folks at NavshopSA were able to make a plan to bypass the car's amp and run the speakers off the head unit amp. Saved me thousands! I made one call on Monday and it was fixed by Thursday. 5 stars all the way, highly recommended.
