Made a direct deposit via my credit card and the funds didn't reflect. Made others the same day with no issues. The "bot" is absolutely useless and just ends the chats or leaves me hanging, or responds with the same AI generated response. I've sent numerous emails with all the information and supporting screenshots and have only received the auto reply to each one. I am at my wits end. I am disgusting with the service as I'm usually one to play LottoStar and have always had excellent customer service. Sunbet you are *******!!! I am starting to doubt I'll ever see my money with all these bad reviews and no response via any and all platforms. They **** don't give a ****...
Joined when it was 25 Fit in Benoni mid 2011 on a Month to Month Contract. Suddenly bought over by some "Big Name" and wante to pay almost double and sign a contract to use their facilities on Boksburg as I rarely went because I moved from Benoni to Boksburg. So I cancel BEFORE lockdown and informed whoever the incompetent person was on the other end that she better update as that account no longer exists of a debit order is attempted... Almost a ####ing year later I am still being harrassed for money I do NOT owe!!! Get your **** together please. You know full well you will NEVER get that money and can't do jack as I was month to month.

When attempting to apply for a new account online my documents all fail to upload, so I can an 0800 number who then give me a 011 891 8101 number who then refer me to 011 891 8010 who then refer me to 011 497 2052 which tells me the callers mailbox is full, so I go back to the 0800 number to be told just to go into a store to apply... We have technology that allowed me to open my Mr Price Account via WhatsApp!!!??? This is absolutely pathetic! I'm expected to make copies of everything they want and go INTO a store? Not going to happen!
