Pathetically wonderful.
If I could give 0 stats I would, but unfortunatly 1 is the lowest, Customer support is completely pathetic, if you call the sales division their consultants are extremely rude specifically "Scott", I really hope he sees this review and also his Management team, I would love to recieve a phone call from this team and give them my own personal review about their wonderfully pathetic customer service, and hopfully they won't put me on hold like they usually do. Wonderfull customer services... I wouldn't even consider suggesting them to even my worst enemy

"Do you understand English"
Hello Peter Today I spoke to one of their so called "specialists" to cancel both of my policies. this is my choice to cancel, even after trying to convince me I still wanted to cancel. The so called "specialist" was absolutely unprofessional, arrogant, disrespectful and even had the audacity to ask me if I understand English. According to me this is incompetent. I really hope their management sees this review and I hope they contact me so that I can tell them of their pathetic customer services. I would not recommend this company, not even to my worst enemies.
