All went well, but the receptionist was ready to ruin my day by providing poor customer service. She could see that I was having trouble printing my voucher using the wifi password, but she was helping someone else. The woman who came after me was not told to go and sit so they could resolve the voucher issue while they were seated, but I still have the same problem.
Place an order @12:20 till i called them past 2 pm no delivery . Had to use my airtym to call to the branch they send me to customer service again . End up getting a refund that will be charges on my side .
I'm having issues with Mobicred, I've been calling on friday with no luck back and forth calls with them and ITC BA wanting to know my account balance and get discount on settlement as im in arreas since due to unemployed. The credit beura confirms that I'm owing an amount of R5800 however the statements that I have a received from Mobicred its 7000, each and every time I give them a call they sending me pillar to post. End up speaking with 5 agents that are not resolving the issue at all, I'm honestly tired of all this incompitance of this company now.
****** they deducted R35 for my Cv that was fine , after a week deducted my last money R468 for their subscription that i dont even understand mind you im made this cv to look for a job . im hurt and dissappointed with their email after i requsted refund
