I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. I had a reservation for 14h30 at London Bistro on the 2nd of March, but the person making the booking mistakenly reserved it under Sky Restaurant instead. Upon arrival at London Bistro, I was informed that I had to wait for 4 hours, and the waiter was very rude. This mix-up and the poor service I received were highly disappointing. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and ensure it does not happen again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. All went well, but the receptionist was ready to ruin my day by providing poor customer service. She could see that I was having trouble printing my voucher using the wifi password, but she was helping someone else. The woman who came after me was not told to go and sit so they could resolve the voucher issue while they were seated, but I still have the same problem.

Went for lunch on the 28 February 2024 , using Wikideal vouchers, the reception and waitress were informative, friendly and professional, first time being there it was a wonderful experience and lives seeing that there was a play area for the kiddies for next time.

The best restaurant in the city they have the most affordable comboz on wiki deals if you someone that like specials 😊. With friendly staff. Like the fact that they have a pool that is accessible to their customers.

I am disappointed by the service received from The Hyde hotel. After calling in on the 27 July 2023 and thereafter communicating via email with their head of events Kelly, I made a reservation for a kids party using the wiki deal coupon I had purchased. I specified the date and time which were confirmed as available. On the 04 Aug 2023, I sent another email regarding some confirmation I needed regarding my booking. Only to receive a response on the 07 Aug 2023 from Melindie who had now taken over from Kelly telling me that my reservation had been released because I had not confirmed. I asked several questions, including when and why was it released when I had clearly confirmed from the get go my date and time, when I was instead offered complimentary platters as if I was after their free platters. Then I was told that there was nothing they could do on their side because they had already received a deposit for the second party. My question, was I perhaps not paying for the party from my side & why was I the one being inconvenienced when I booked first. No accountability from their side whatsoever. Terrible service, I've never been so disappointed

I am so disgusted but the service and how I was treated, firstly the staff was drunk the guy who was serving us between 19:30 and 22:00. I bought a wiki deal voucher n made sure when I got there I asked the waiter regarding the deal and I wasn't told that I also had to pay for the food whereas I bought a deal I wasn't happ5at all that I had to pay a extra R666 after buying a voucher for R600. I am disgusted about everything that was happening most especially being served by a drunk person being misled by the staff and it's not the first time I booked there but this time I'm utterly disgusted.

Wow my place to go with my boo and the food is mervelous.. Then you go to the roof top the bar next to the pool the sunset in summer is to die for . And not to forget the affordable speacials they always have and the wonderful and friendly waiters its a go to place with your loved one.
