I am disappointed by the service received from The Hyde hotel. After calling in on the 27 July 2023 and thereafter communicating via email with their head of events Kelly, I made a reservation for a kids party using the wiki deal coupon I had purchased. I specified the date and time which were confirmed as available. On the 04 Aug 2023, I sent another email regarding some confirmation I needed regarding my booking. Only to receive a response on the 07 Aug 2023 from Melindie who had now taken over from Kelly telling me that my reservation had been released because I had not confirmed. I asked several questions, including when and why was it released when I had clearly confirmed from the get go my date and time, when I was instead offered complimentary platters as if I was after their free platters. Then I was told that there was nothing they could do on their side because they had already received a deposit for the second party. My question, was I perhaps not paying for the party from my side & why was I the one being inconvenienced when I booked first. No accountability from their side whatsoever. Terrible service, I've never been so disappointed
McDonalds Tyger Manor online service is ridiculous. I ordered food at 13:20 and my scheduled time is 14:45. The Uber driver has been standing there since 13:45 which was the initial scheduled time. No regard whatsoever for peoples time
