I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. I had a reservation for 14h30 at London Bistro on the 2nd of March, but the person making the booking mistakenly reserved it under Sky Restaurant instead. Upon arrival at London Bistro, I was informed that I had to wait for 4 hours, and the waiter was very rude. This mix-up and the poor service I received were highly disappointing. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and ensure it does not happen again.
I am writing to express my frustration with the conflicting information I have received regarding my claim. Yesterday, I was informed that my claim is in the final step of disinvestment, but today Ndumiso Kubeka told me it is still in the process waiting for disinvestment. This inconsistency is causing me a lot of stress, and I need a clear and definitive update on the status of my claim as soon as possible. And don’t tell me that you will contact me because you never did
I am extremely disappointed with Alexander Forbes. They claimed on the 9th of December they had started my disinvestment process, but today, the 11th, they said they only received the correct exit date yesterday, the 10th. I know this isn't true because I was copied on the confirmation email sent on the 28th of November. Their incompetence and inconsistent communication are unacceptable. Despite previous complaints, no follow-up has been made. I'm wasting my airtime calling them repeatedly. I will never recommend this company to anyone and question why businesses still use their services. I just want my money. They don’t even deserve a star
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the delay in processing my pension fund payment. Despite receiving approval from my previous employer, my claim has not been processed, and this situation has caused me significant distress. I have been in constant communication with your customer service team, but each time I call, I am given different stories, and there seems to be no progress on my claim. This has led me to believe that there is a lack of care and efficiency in handling such an important matter.
Nedbank service is very poor , I have been calling their contact centre and they keep on telling me different stories. I regret banking with Nedbank
They told me that they will contact me bt that never happened..
I would never recommend NMG to anyone....My problem was not solved they still telling me stories about my money
I have received worst service over its more than two months now and I haven't received my provident payout they keep on telling me stories week by week🤦♀️🤦♀️
