I am so happy on how Build it Mitchell’s Plain has handled the issue that I had with the geyser. I logged it Friday the 12th and today on the 15th they came to install a new geyser for me, the service was quick and they kept calling me to reassure me regarding the process. I am so happy to say my query was resolved.
I am so disgusted by the experience that I have Ben given at Build it Mitchell’s Plain in Cape Town!. Ive bought a geyser in 2021 at the store and now 3 years later its not working, and with all the renovations I’ve misplaced my invoice however I was told “it’s fine I should take a picture of the barcode on the tank” so that they can assist me as proof oh purchase. I went with the picture of it and I was told to go back to the bank and get bank Statement I mean it’s 2024!, fine I went to the bank the bank also need to request the bank statement and I will be CHARGED for that. The staff is very horrible they don’t care I mean I was told as long as I have the barcode I’ll be assisted now I have to go back and forth for this I’m being told a different thing everyday for god sake I’m supposed to be at home I’m mourning the death of my father. I am very disgusted with the staff as well as the service at that store and I need my gyeyser I can’t purchase a geyser and in 3years time it’s not working. I am so disgusted but the service and how I was treated, firstly the staff was drunk the guy who was serving us between 19:30 and 22:00. I bought a wiki deal voucher n made sure when I got there I asked the waiter regarding the deal and I wasn't told that I also had to pay for the food whereas I bought a deal I wasn't happ5at all that I had to pay a extra R666 after buying a voucher for R600. I am disgusted about everything that was happening most especially being served by a drunk person being misled by the staff and it's not the first time I booked there but this time I'm utterly disgusted.
I am so disgusted with Woolworths in Canal Walk, My mom and her sister went to return items which they were gifts from my kids birthday celebration obviously some of the items don't have slips however they've got tags and they were never worn. A Supervisor named Carmelita told them that "They won't be able to return the items without the slips and she will be taking the items for auditing and call them back after 17days" the most disgusting thing is that I've never had issues at woolworths with returning without a slip most especially with something that's not worn. Items that are less then a R1000 being audited? Waste of time and petrol, I am really disgusted with the service as well as the stuff. I won't be waiting for 17days I need these items returned.
Good Day I am so disappointed in checkers at Century City, I went to do my groceries and bought chicken breasts when I was about to cook the meat it had an awful smell I was very unhappy about it because I had to throw the meat away and with the inflation so high we can’t afford to be throwing food away. Secondly I bought Checkers brand milk 6x when I opened it it was very weak with the price that I bought it R120 I was not expecting that, I am so disappointed in checkers coz that’s ere I always so my shopping at but now by the look of things I don’t think I’ll shop there again I am super disappointed and disgusted.
I was assisted by a lady called Innocentia in the sales department she was very helpful n kind assisted me in choosing my order she was amazing great service!.

On the 19th of October 2022 I was contacted by Homechoice regarding my outstanding balance. I was advised that I’ve got a discount so if I pay R1114.00 my account will be settled n be on a R0 balance and it will reflect immediately, today when I checked my balance my account still has an outstanding balance of R600 of which I’m not happy about it they are unprofessional and dishonest with their customers. I need that call recording because I need to take this further I have be lied to and told misleading information I’m so disappointed and unfortunately I will be taking this matter further.
