Great service
The best restaurant in the city they have the most affordable comboz on wiki deals if you someone that like specials 😊. With friendly staff. Like the fact that they have a pool that is accessible to their customers.

Horrible customer service
Worst terrible experience that is spoiling my business right now. Been waiting for my product since last week. Products were shipped last week Wednesday waited the whole weekend thinking they will deliver only to call them on Monday the 13, called the Cape Town warehouse the agent that attended to me told me the package was shipped but wasn’t scanned in in their Cape Town warehouse, told me to leave my number he will get back to me. Until this afternoon I had to call again. Cape Town warehouse transferred me to Johannesburg warehouse, spoke with 2 agents without getting the help all they did was to take my number said they will call me back. By the look of things seems like I’m the one that will call them again. I’m so frustrating as this is putting unnecessary strain on my business.

Horrible service provider
Worst service provider with the worst customer service. Our network is down, tried calling their landline “request number is not available at the moment “ like *** . Whatsap line not a single response since morning. Can’t wait to take my business somewhere else. U guys have the most horrible customer service ever.
