I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. I had a reservation for 14h30 at London Bistro on the 2nd of March, but the person making the booking mistakenly reserved it under Sky Restaurant instead. Upon arrival at London Bistro, I was informed that I had to wait for 4 hours, and the waiter was very rude. This mix-up and the poor service I received were highly disappointing. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and ensure it does not happen again.
