If I could give them a 0 star rating I will Extremely Unprofessional Didn’t honour original quote Unreliable / late Damaged items Broken items Couldn’t care how items was handled Not everything was delivered - bag had to be send by Uber No offer of compensation Dishonest - broke items and hoped I wouldn’t notice Didn’t honour quote - 30 blankets included in quote but only few (max 3) was used Fragile items not identified Shocking service and overpriced No tracking offered Bad communication throughout the process but Great communication when it came to demanding an immediate payment before offloading Movers were very demanding and damaged various items in the process
1. I asked Jannie to investigate a noise at my steering ... that wasn’t done 2. They charged me R13000 to replace my clutch. I accepted another quote for the same job for R8600 3. I asked them to check my faulty central locking unit. The quoted me R3500 per unit telephonically and R2500 written and when I asked them if they can’t change it to manual in meantime they said it is not possible. I got someone to change it to manual yesterday 4. I had to pay Fit it R350 for the diagnostic for doing nothing They only went for a test drive to give me a diagnostic after I insisted on a written quote I am seriously shocked that anyone can be so unethical in doing business I will never use them again!
