MTN STOLE money from me !! They deducted double the amount in March 2021. After MANY frustrating calls to MTN helpdesk, NO ONE could assist me until I spoke to Yovell Moodley. He asked me to send him prove of deductions for Dec 2020 and Jan 2021 which I did. Up to date, I haven't heard from him ever since ! When I call the helpdesk and ask for a manager, they are ALWAYS in a meeting ! MTN are thieves !!! They DO NOT look after their clients and they certainly DO NOT give any good service whatsoever ! I am HIGHLY DISGUSTED with this unfit company that should not exist !!
We were delayed for 12 hours on the Shosholoza Meyl and lost 1 day of the tour. Contacted JB Tours, CEO was not available and apparently does not talk to clients. Sent an email, up to date no answer. Shocking service from the office at JB Tours. They were not interested in our serious complaint. Secondly, my friend's name was booked incorrectly at SAFAIR, once again incompetence from JB Tours. I will not recommend this company to anybody. Their arrogance is undesired ! Poor, poor poor!
