I already wasted my time at the DOJ's Pretoria offices, only to be handed a laughable stack of reapplication forms and demands for affidavits, after paying CRR for guaranteed expungement. Don't waste your time with this company. 'Nothing lost in the post' is just typical bureaucratic deflection. Your system claims my expungement was rejected and other specious nonsense—clearly a prejudicial ruling to ensure it 'will not happen.'
I app**** via ********.co.za to their Premium ******** removal service to get a standard record removed on 04/07/2024. To my surprise at DOJ, I find the record has not yet been removed. ********.co.za has requested I upgrade their service further to get a case worker to personalise my case and get my police clearance personally cleared and delivered to me. I just find this unacceptable as the amount I paid was not a small amount. My details are: Ref: 20889668; Supplier Reference: 2024329194.
Company contracted to install MTN Router for fibre. The worst company in the industry. Stay away from this company on behalf of MTN Fibre.
Stay away from MTN Fibre. The worst data provider and service non-existent. What a disappointment, but a dud company.
Ordered MTN Fibre router. Vuma Tel installed their fibre connection but can't get hold of Supersonic to install MTN router. WhatsApp number does not exist. Already received first tax invoice for non-service rendered. Frustrated beyond belief!
Installed Vuma Tel for Fibre but not yet received my MTN Fibre router, apparently a separate installation. Yet, I have been notified that I have already been billed for services not yet rendered.

I purchased a Pure Pleasure Single bed blanket on July 8, 2024, from Pick n Pay Steeledale. The product became defective on 05 August 2024. Pick n Pay Steeledale refuses to refund my money, but rather returns the product to Cape Town for repairs. I find this policy to be totally unacceptable due to the fact that 2 months have past with no feedback. Tried calling numerous times no answer to customer care.
I purchased a Pure Pleasure Single bed electric blanket on July 8, 2024, from Pick n Pay Steeledale in Johannesburg South. The product stopped working on 05 August 2024. Pick n Pay Steeledale refuses to refund my money, but rather returns the product to Cape Town for repairs. I find this policy to be totally unacceptable due to the fact that I do require an electric blanket during the summer, when it will be returned. Please advise a way forward, as clearly the Pure Pleasure electric blanket products can be defective.
