I took a chance on Dr Gokhul as I hadn't heard of her before and after I was referred to the paed with a child who had been ill for a month. One of my friends suggested I use her and I am eternally grateful. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the ladies at reception were so helpful. Dr Gokhul was so patient and kind, and so thorough when getting a history and discussing a plan of action. My daughter was admitted and she made sure to show me and explain every test result. When we were given possible bad news by a different specialist, she took the time to see me between patients, and answer all my questions and put myself at ease. She went out her way to tell me to call my family and put them at ease and it is one of the things they themselves as outsiders who haven't dealt with her appreciated. After discharging my daughter and having met her that first time she took a special interest in my child and went out of her way to consult other specialists about her case so that when we came to our follow up she had another plan of action to follow. I'm blown away by the level of care by a woman I met 10 days ago. Not to mention, she makes platform rainbow crocs look great!
I would like to make everyone aware of a company that are selling vehicles on gumtree. They are called Bankrepo Auctioneers https://bankrepoauctioneers.co.za/ My father in law contacted them regarding a vehicle they had on gumtree. They said it was a bank repossessed vehicle which they try sell before putting onto auction. They are based in Gauteng. Half the amount of the vehicle is put down as a deposit. The car is then brought to Durban on a flatbed truck. The buyer is then given 2 hours to inspect, assess and drive the car. If happy the balance of the money is paid and the car and log book are handed over. Obviously before putting any money down, my father and mother in law investigated these people and as you can see above, they have a very professional website. No complaints on hello peter etc. He dealt with a Simpiwe Twala. He paid a deposit on a vehicle yesterday morning. At 9.30pm a man name Gary called from the company requesting an additional R20000. When my father in law refused reminding him what had been previouly communicated to him, Gary turned around and said "SCAM SCAM SCAM" hanging up the call. A case has been opened with SAPS, however, I wanted to share in the hopes this doesn't happen to anyone else. They also pay for these Gumtree ads to be shown more often etc, so there is a well-oiled scam business happening here.
I am absolutely disgusted with you people. 8 phone calls and every call Centre agent and team leader continues to LIE to me. I first called on the evening of 24 November 2017 when your telkom app erroneously added 6 x 2gb bundles after every time I loaded 1 it said failed and after checking account balances to see that it actually had I tried again. I was told 72 hours to resolve excluding weekends. I phoned again on 30 November to be told this is working hours so like 2 weeks now. I phoned again for clarity and was told I would be called back as nothing had been done. 80 of your working hours in I called again! After that team leader lying to me and never phoning me back, I called and spoke to a team leader Siya (he has been the only person to actually openly give me his name) who said he would send me an email of someone I could contact in accounts if you people don’t resolve (my debit order date is on the 15th.) and still no one had been assigned my case. I’m now on day 16 and phone to see if I have been assigned to someone in “back office” and nothing. Now suddenly none of you liars can talk to me and refuse to give me the number to head office. I will be reporting this to the ombudsman and I will be cancelling my debit order until this is resolved. So maybe you can wait 16 days or longer to get your money. As of this moment I doubt I will be renewing or upgrading my contract in the new year.
