I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Padi from builders warehouse Heidedal twin city mall,for his willingness to help his friendly and ,great customer service. I've noticed that in a lot of retail stores these days people doesn't have pride in their jobs anymore and customer service doesn't matter, especially in the same builders store I visited today I go to the store often and many times I would have to go and call someone from the front to come and assist as there are most of the time no one on the floor to assist, today when I entered the store Padi was at the customer service desk I asked one of the guys at the door who is promoting the store card to help me with a builder card he could assist me and refer me somewhere else as i went it to look for the things I wanted to buy Padi came to me and ask if he can assist me he assist me in items that I wanted to buy help me with pricing and then didn't find it difficult to help me with the store card. Good job Padi I really do appreciate you.
Very bad service from consultants that need to call back when a call is logged
Please, please people don't download this app this is a **** they show how u can make money at first they will respond to your messages but after depositing money they ignore you on all platforms and numbers bigest ****erd even capitec listed them as ************* and won't allow you to do eft to this app because they've ****ed a lot of people with that R50
Very bad customer service just want to make sales even branch manager lying slogan says same day delivery but that's a lie give old stock to customers keep on promising but don't deliver iam waiting for my washing machine since 16 October till today nothing Ian Very disappointed in this store the sale lady and the branch manager
I am disgusted with your service i have been receiving from VUMA VUMATEL .The agent called and whatsappEd me a lot to make paymentfor installation I paid for installation 28/08/2023 but was only HALF installed yesterday the person who was there told me that something is wrong with the line outside a technician will come after 30min at the time it was 11:00 till now no one was there i contact vuma yesterday the lady told me this thing of 30min is not true they just say that there is no call log for my request the technicians doesn't have time they can come anytime it can even be Friday or Monday also I mean huh??? Is that how you train you people for me it's very bad as iam working for a big company in the client service department so again today I contact vuma via whatsapp the told me it wil take 72houers I mean I paid a log time ago for service that iam not receiving the agent who helped me via whatsapp was very unprofessional I've noticed vuma os not there to keep clients I told them in that I I'll cancel my contract without any explanation or doubts the send me a link to cancel iam really very disappointed is this how a new company operate? That is appalling and disgusting and lastly frustrating.
