Client service
Dear city property I am not happy with how we are treated as Tenants. I was having my family over security decide to use the whole bottle of pepper spray on us in a room with small kids. My electricity was cut off as early as 2 p.m. while other tenants played music so loud. If only we are being told before we move in that we will be staying in prison I was never going to stay with you.

Assulted
We out with my wife on Friday, I was brutal assaulted by security/bouncer. A random guy come in and demanded to take my drink claiming it was his, The security did not even bother to check fact was was pushed and dragged like I nothing while for drinks that I had pay for.

Incompetency on billing
I am not happy with how ithemba handles some of our concerns especially when the mistake is on their end. I have recently requested for a downgrade from a 2 bedroom unit to 1 bedroom. I have been subjected to pay double the amount of rent due to incompetency from the ithemba property system, when requesting an explanation from the building manager on why am I being over billed I was referred to an agent who till today has not reverted to me but necessary majors "As they say" are supposed to be implemented as if I did not pay my rent on time. no one can assist me for weeks I had to go without electricity and my doors were a lock, had to seek help to relative to shelter my 1-year-old son. I do not owe anything but I had to live like a fugitive at the place I am suppose to call home
