I am so disappointed in Saucony as they are rated highly on stability shoes with the guide 17 I bought them 17 April and received them on 24 April, On 28 July i sent them a email when i noticed them tearing both on the inside no other problems so i emailed them and got told i need to send them back so that they can get inspected by management just to get a silly email back telling me that the fore sole is “pap” and i need to repalce the shoes they will only give 25% trade in for this shoes and that i have to buy another pair as these shoes are for running only and how many kilometres did i put them through i explained to them that i am not a runner but needed stability shoes for having flat feet i am a owner of a gym but hardly been training and then the excuse came in yes it is not a gyming shoe. If i read all the other reviews this looks like their normal operating ways having to pay R2500 for shoes just to last 3 months to have the soles walked pap is the worst quality i have ever in my life experienced
I bought a crank sensor for my car on the 16 November 2023 after i asked the sales man Bongi to please measure the sensor to make sure it is the right size he confirmed it is and i bought it when it arrived it wasn’t the correct one being 10mm too short I immediately sent it back being promised i will receive refund within 7-12 days we are on the 7 of March 2024 and still being promised everyday that at the end of working day payment will be made, then the excuses rolls in manager in UK payment lady quit the one excuse after the other
Been buying from them online since the beginning of the year and been having problems with stuff sent short on every order i placed once u start complaining they just block your number on their landline and whatsapp been trying to get hold of the owner luiz murillo but once u show him the proof that the stuff was short he also just ignors your msg and calls this place has the worst customer help ever
I have been calling and waiting patiently for them to send me the stuff they sent short on my orders everytime different excuse u can’t get hold of nobody Jasmine reads your messages and is never available, Cody just blocks u on Whatsapp and when u get hold of him he asks to phone back busy with a client and never coms back to you… been struggling since March 5 months later
please Mr Herotel help me out with my problem.... January when u guys started promoting Herotel there was promises that states if u install n pole in your yard u get double the line speed for 12 months doesnt matter which speed u take except for 100mb because it goes up max to that, which i did they installed 2 poles and now beginning of may when we got fibre up and running and your prices are R499 for 50mbps the promo that u promised me about double the line speed doesnt count anymore i demand double line speed because that was the agreement
Had same problem lady phoned me in 27 August 2019 stating they sending me through email that we should update our listing. I was under the idea that it was for the white pages telephone book so i confirmed the address and sent the email back with invoice amount of R9000 and if i want to cancel i have to pay 45% of the amount please assist me
