I am so disappointed in Saucony as they are rated highly on stability shoes with the guide 17 I bought them 17 April and received them on 24 April, On 28 July i sent them a email when i noticed them tearing both on the inside no other problems so i emailed them and got told i need to send them back so that they can get inspected by management just to get a silly email back telling me that the fore sole is “pap” and i need to repalce the shoes they will only give 25% trade in for this shoes and that i have to buy another pair as these shoes are for running only and how many kilometres did i put them through i explained to them that i am not a runner but needed stability shoes for having flat feet i am a owner of a gym but hardly been training and then the excuse came in yes it is not a gyming shoe. If i read all the other reviews this looks like their normal operating ways having to pay R2500 for shoes just to last 3 months to have the soles walked pap is the worst quality i have ever in my life experienced

Hi Customer Service, please review the after-purchase emails that customers receive to track their orders. I received an email stating that my order is on its way, but it didn't include a tracking number or link. I’ve sent three emails requesting this information, but the response time has been slow. Please assist with this as soon as possible to rectify your after-purchase emails

Good afternoon, this is with great disappointment that I have to write this email. I bought a pair of Saucony shoes at Run in Bellville January 2021. ( I must mention that I could not use the shoes February or March as I had an operation. I also had Covid twice that I also couldn’t wear the shoes) I went to them as someone recommended them. They recommend Saucony shoes for walking. I bought a pair of R3000. This week I felt my feet get wet when I walk on grass, and saw to my huge disappointment that both shoes are crack on the sole. I went to Run this morning who are not prepared to help at all and mentioned that the shoes is only guaranteed for 3 months, how is that possible?Very unfriendly staff, will never use or recommend them again. I also send a email with photos to Omni-Sport, according to them shoes only have warranty for 6 months, who can afford to buy every 6 months new shoes for R3000 to exercise? Will definitely not recommend Saucony shoes to anyone

Beginning of October I bought a pair of Saucony trail running shoes from Sportsclearance (which is directly linked to the Saucony agent in South Africa). End November these shoes started pulling loose, I have done less than 100 km with the shoes so send it back to Saucony only to be told it has too much mileage. I tried contacting the Saucony Rep again but my mails and phone calls are ignored. I would get more mileage out of a Mr Price shoe at a 3rd of the price than I get out of Saucony.

I bought a pair of Saucony running shoes in July 2018 for R2350. I run with them on average once per week. 2 months ago, 1 shoe stared ripping. I thought maybe I had run into some barbed wire, but a week ago, the other shoe started ripping in the same place. Upon closer inspection, it is easy to see that it is a seam in both shoes that has ripped. I know shoes don't last forever, but a pair that cost in excess of R2300 lasting less 16 months (when not used that much) is actually crazy. I have tried to contact Saucony via their website (the only place they list to contact them), and as yet have received zero response. I would really like to know if they have received similar complaints about this model of shoe, and how they can justify such a short lifespan for a ridiculously expensive shoe. Saucony? Are you out there? Will you perhaps respond?

I bought a pair of Saucony ladies walking shoes in January and they are already wearing through the toe area. These cost me over R2000 and I am a pensioner. When returning to the retailer where I bought them, Randburg Runner in Linden, was told how to repair them, but they were very unhelpful and unsympathetic and was left to my own devices to try and repair them, which is not going to be easy. They have lasted less than a year, which I find absolutely unacceptable. Any suggestions?

I bought a brand new pair of Saucony Peregrine 8 trail running shoes. Within the first 20 kilometers the sole tore when I went through a rocky section on my regular trail run in Jonkershoek. This is unacceptable for a shoe costing more than ZAR2000 (USD140). Saucony then absolutely refused to repair/replace the shoe despite it still being under warranty. I have been a Saucony customer for years, and loved my Peregrine 5s, 6s and 7s, but this is not good enough. Avoid this brand at all costs.
