Prompt remote installation for M/S Office package professionally done - however was dissappointed to receive an invoice for what I thought would be an 'after sales service' 15 minute phone call, just wanting a little help to get me going. Perhaps that is how it works in the IT industry, I don't know.
Woolworths on line shopping - suggest you get your website streamlined. Surely if one can add a product to the cart, then it should be available ! Your track record as a recipient of a gift stands at 50% - 2 of 4 items delivered. I mean really Woolies ' Dry wors not available ! Shame.
Having relocated recently I went to Paul for the first time to adjust my prosthesis. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he talked me through the entire process as he took my prosthetic leg apart & rebuilt it from scratch - wow, thank you Paul, it's made a huge difference, it's now at long last performing like it was designed to do & above all it's comfortable. Thank you Paul.
In the hally-baloo of my move to KZN my precious paintings were inadvertantly left behind in CTown. My thanks to all that played a part in getting them delivered to my door in KZN, especially Sduduzo who followed it through so efficiently. All done free of charge. Oh my word Vodacom - your administration leaves a lot to be desired - 24 hours turns to 48 hours then 96 hours - you charge per second, but you work in weeks with your customers !
