my_choice_trading_kmp refuses to refund me my money
I ordered clothing items on the 28th of June from my_choice_trading_kemp ,their delivery days are 3-4 days ,weeks went by without me receiving my parcel ,no follow up on their side or nothing whatsoever,i enquired for a refund last week and till today ,a guy named Samir from the business is sending me back and forth ,and still have not received my money

Aramex South Africa has a terrible customer service
I ordered from SHEIN official in October they use Aramex to ship orders to South Africa,the delivery date for my package was the 11th of December,Aramex has made no communication with me or whatsoever until I had to email their custom support department and they told me 3 days ago to wait for 24/48 hours and I’m still waiting for my package and I haven’t heard anything from them.

Account on hold
A mutual friend of mine transferred me a R100 into my account,i tried swiping at work on the day and my card declined,i tried the previous day at shorprite and it also declined too ,i went to the nearest Capitec branch and i was told there is a hold on my account due to the last transaction that was made to me was of fraudulent money that was sent into the mutual friend's account,the consultant advised me to go to the nearest police station to complete an affidavit and send it back to the nearest Capitec branch,i have done so and my account is still on hold,i have a 1 year old son who is on TB treatment as i need the remaining money on my account for his TB studies and my transport faire to work and back,they can take back the R100 and unhold my account while completing there investigations i don't mind,but i need to use the remaining funds on my account and use my card also as i am currently broke,i will be getting paid next week ,i will need to use the salary for my child and family needs as i am the only breadwinner at home,all i ask is for my account to be unfrozen and they can continue their investigation and unfreeze my account if they find anything suspicious,in the meantime i am unable to do anything with my account being on hold.
