Worse client service experienced Grandmark polokwane I went to buy shocks for my car I was told that it takes 3 to 4 days however this is the third week waiting, apparently shocks were ordered but they hv to stay in a truck for 7 days before they could be delivered to store room and be received I waited another 7 days, when I enquired I was told that I don't have the account and I not allowed to order anything unless I hv account with them. After 7 days I went to check, when I got there I was told to come back tomorrow as they are on lunch however they do have stock. Then I went back again the following day they told me they don't hv stock and one of the sales person mentioned that they sold my order to another customer. When I ask the guy that I hv place order to, he said that he has no business with us he doesn't even want to see or talk to us, Ronnie told us to go way he was so rude.
I got a first time contract last year with cell c, then lately I have visited the cell c store in town for updates on my contract then the consultant who assisted me select a wrong package for me and I was also given a wrong information about the new package, I have realized that through the sms I hv received regarding my contract, I then visited the store to rectify this and the consultant that was assisted me only offered me a complete different package even the manager could not assist, now I m stucked with a package I did not what, which is not my fault I have waited and followed this up for about 2 months now,, I'm disappointed as a first time experience with cell c.
