I have called for a prescribed letter since June and have been dealing with Lincoln who i believed was the supervisor and have been sending emails from Aug till Oct to Lincoln,Seth and collections and still im ignored and given a story,today 12 dec 2025 I called as iv been waiting and spoke to a lady named shubnum and was advised Lincoln is not a supervisor and it take approximately 2weeks to get the letter iv been waiting 6 months.why handle the accounts if its not going to be done.
Worst customer service at the bluff branch didnt give items ordered even thou i had asked twice if everything is there as i was in the drive threw to get home and my item wasnt there called the branch they couldnt deliver even thou on arrival there was 5 motorbikes sitting there to get told oh sorry but he forgot to pack it waste of time and energy with the shift manager xolani
I have been waiting for feedback from aug and still i have issues with them cutting my service and still up to this day im still having the same issue when will this be resolved im getting charged reversal fees but yet the account was paid what service is this
