DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE: Absolute worste experience and the most *********** company to exists
We've had the absolute worste experience with this useless company. None of the call center agents know the processes in the company. We've bought a new car that came with the tracker device. The device was faulty and we've made an appointment to geta. new one installed. Now one showed on the set date and time and now one even called us. It's now been almost 3 weeks later and we still have the faulty device in our car, in the meantime they've created a contract that we need to pay for without us approving it and now they want us to pay the costs to get the device removed from our car which never worked in the first place! Please don't use this company. Their staff is incompentant and they are ********. Don't waste your time on this excuse of a tracking company

Please do not use Debt Grip! Absolute Pain
To who may read this. Please think twice before going to this company to have some financial relief. In fact they will only cause you more pain. I went onto debt review to have some breathing room each month....this was not the case when joining Debt Grip. They caused my accounts to go in arrears with more than R30000. My accounts was not in arrears at all before I decided to go onto debt review. heir service is terrible and your credit score will be worse when you join them because they always pay the creditors late. Absolutely terrible service and you can never get a hold of them.

Terrible service at Alpha Debt Management
I had the most terrible service from the consultants just for asking a few questions. They treated me like I was absolute dirt but if they want something from you they will harass you 3times a day to get it. They refuse to let me transfer over to another debt review company and they won’t get back to me like they said. Stay away from them if you can.
