My parents was on remedi medical aid from about 1980. My dad workplace changed to discovery in 2000. My dad passed away in January. I want to take out a new medical aid for my mum now. Remedi can not give me a membership certificate for my mother. They say it is to long ago. They do not keep there records for so long. Now my mum need to pay an penalty of R380.00 extra every month. I can not believe this. I tried everything. NO LUCK at all with remedy.

My parents had a policy with NHB for more than 25 years. My dad passed away in January. Now the policy is cancelled. I asked but why my mother is still alive and she was a beneficiary why is it not possible that she can carry on with the policy. Well after how many emails the answer was just no she can not carry on with the policy. She also can not take out a new one because she is 72 years old now. Why is the policy cancelled when the main member passed away.. This is ridiculous. Now on her age I am struggling to get her on a funeral policy because of her age. This is unacceptable.
Good Day. This is the worst company ever to work with. One of my accounts was handed over to them. Fist they can not provide me with a FULL detailed statement. Everytime I ask for a balance it is more than it was after I paid an amount. They never get back to me. BUT they will call me seven times a day after a did an payment one day late. They will still call me every day. Just to keep in mind my account is R900.00. For this small amount they are going on like it is thousands. I owed them R900 after paying R150.00 I owe them now R962. I understand that there is legal charges. But really. I do not know what to do anymore. Please help me.
Gym Company is keep on debiet my bank account for the wrong amount from the first month. The special is R99 for the first three months. From the first month they are taking the full amount R199.00 for me and R145 for my daughter. From October I am trying to sort this out. NO one is getting back to me. Someone else was taking over my gym contract. They still keep on debiet my bank account even that I cancelled my contract because someone was taking it over. Paperwork was done for that. The Gym Company is breaking there terms and conditions. I want to cancel my daughter's contract as well. I am so disappointed in them. This is unacceptable. The Gym Company in Amanzimtoti does not want to give me Head Office number.

From July they are not getting any statements from the medical aid. Remedi says the reason is because they are AFRIKAANS. So the system is blocking statements that is in afrikaans. Well they are trying to change it even to english. NO LUCK from July. No one is getting back to them about this matter. And they refuse to talk to me about this matter. I am trying to get hold of them for weeks now. The line is always busy. I was receiving an email from them for my edgars account. I am trying from DECEMBER to get hold of edgars. I want to make payment arrangements. After alot of emails and phone calls no luck of getting hold of edgars. Now I am getting emails from easton berry attorneys with demands. Me and my mom was shopping at pick n pay winklespruit everyday. Well today was the last. Every day there is an problem with there prices. The specials will show on the shelves but the moment you are paying it is the normal price mo special. And when we complain they all give us an attitude. And this is everyday story not only once. What about the people that is buying groceries. They will not remember what was on an soecial. They will just pay. Someone must do someting. Or is that the way they treat there customer. They are so rude.
My Mr Price account has been handed over to ACS. For what reason I do not know. I did make arrangements to pay my account off. Mr price was accepting my arrangement. No suddenly I am getting emials and statements with extra charges from ACS. I am trying to call them many many many time. No answer. I am sending emails everyday NO REPLY. IF I call Mr Price they are just saying sorry but your account is with ACS we can not help you. This is the worst service ever. And they are taking my money for WHAT if I had arrangement. This is pathetic for a big company like this.
