I am compelled to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the unacceptable level of service received from the Revenue Department and the Public Relations Office at your facility. My friend’s mother recently attended your offices to complete the necessary documentation required for a life cover application. She was initially informed that such requests are processed through the Office of the CEO and was provided with the CEO’s contact details. Upon following up telephonically, we were advised that this information was incorrect and were redirected back to the Revenue Department. We subsequently spoke to Mr Mvelo Shenge, who provided a personal email address for submission of the required documents instead of an official work email address. Despite complying with this instruction in good faith, our calls and emails have since been ignored without explanation or acknowledgement. Given the lack of response, a formal complaint was lodged with the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health in Pietermaritzburg. To date, no action has been taken, nor has there been any meaningful communication from the complaints department. This continued inaction is both disappointing and unacceptable. It is particularly concerning that this matter is urgent. There are only four days remaining before the life cover application lapses due to outstanding medical documentation. The delays, misinformation, and lack of accountability have placed my friend’s mother at serious risk of losing an important financial protection opportunity. Such conduct falls far short of the Batho Pele Principles, which are intended to promote service excellence, accountability, transparency, and respect within public service institutions. The current experience reflects the opposite. I request immediate intervention and a written response outlining what corrective steps will be taken to resolve this matter without further delay.
I myself still do not know what is the job of a PRO. They get paid for sweet nothing. I submitted a request 4 weeks ago requesting medical records for insurance purposes. I was dealing with Cryril Musani. He promised to help and that was 4 weeks ago, to this day whenever I phone, his office phone rings with no reply. What is wrong with this hospital, seriously. Are goverment hospital supposed to be so useless.
My name is Yandisa Yonela Seretse. Two weeks ago I received a sms from Metropolitan Life informing me about my late Father's retirement fund. My father passed away in 2009 and had been working for department of education before his passing. After so many years i got R1200. I requested statement of my late Father's retirement fund and they are taking time to comply with my request. The call center agent is very incompetence and give me hard time.
I still do not understand what are the duties of PRO in government hospital. They are the most useless people ever especially the PRO of Port Shepstone Regional Hospital. We sat in the pharmacy for 3 hours waiting for medication. We complain to her and nothing is been done about it. The pharmacy team members are roaming around the pharmacy at the back chating while the public is waiting for service. This is one of the worst government hospital ever with incompetent PRO.
I am still receiving disgusting service from Justine/Avon. A month ago they promised to refund my money but they failed. What happened to customer service at Justine, I am sure the owner of this company is proud of what is happening in his/her company. How can you drag your feed in giving someone their hard earned cash. I regret the day someone convinced me to join Justine.

Absa bank is digusting. They intentionally skip debiting my wife's policy account for 3 months so that they can lapse the policy. We corresponded with them every month and they promised to debit but they did not. Someone told me that they did that to his 90 year old grandmother and they are pulling the same thing with us. We understand that covid made things hard for companies but this is disgusting especially since we have been paying this funeral policy since 2007. I cannot believe Absa bank
Sometimes our parents csn be ill adviced by this scammers. My aunt was recruited by somebody to receive trading training from VerityHurst owned by convicted fraudster the so called Doctor Mandla Lamba. She mistakenly deposited R32 000.00 in Mandla's account. She contacted VerityHurst to request refund, that was in 2019. It is now 2022 and Mandla Lamba and VerityHurst are refusing to refund her money. She tried opening the case at the police station. It is so sad that this Mandla Lamba and VerityHurst are taking advantage of people. PEOPLE SHOULD LEARN TO STAY AWAY FROM DR MANDLA LAMBA AND VERITYHURST. THEY ARE A SCAM.
My wife just experienced a pathetic service from Justine. They refuse to close her account and refund R250. The account is not owing and I am wondering why it has to take them 3 months to deal with this matter. You know sometimes you start well with a company and it is things like this that dissapoints you.
My aunt retired in 2018. She used most of her money to build herself and her sister a decent house to live. She got advice from one her friend to start trading with Verityhurst. She was advised that the online cause was R15 000.00 and after paying she will start trading. Enthusiastic about this new venture, on 29 August 2019 at about 16H29, she deposited an amount of R35 000.00 to Verityhurst bank account. The next day, she contacted Verityhurst to get details of the course. She experienced system problem while logging into her Verityhurst account. She was contacted by Mandla Lamba who did a simple exercise to see what might be the problem. He deposited an amount of R2 000.00 into my Aunt's account. Fortunately, the issue was resolved. However, she was still waiting for Mandla Lamba to deposit the rest of the money into her account so that she can start attending the course and to trade. It has been almost 3 years now since she request her refund and Verityhurst and Mandla Lamba has not refund her her hard earned cash, instead they are sending her from corner to pillar. We recently found out that she is not the only one experiencing this problem and the media had reported on this company been a fraud.
