If I could give this company a zero rating, I would. Absolutely ********** customer service. No one answers calls. They take weeks to deliver packages when the companies you purchase from offers delivery no later than 7 days. No communication with clients regarding delays. When you call, if they actually answer, all you get are excuses. I have no idea how this company has managed to be around for so long and why big retailers are still using their services.
This company is an absolute joke. Every time I called, I received bits if information, not the whole story. I called in first for a clearance letter on a Monday before a public holiday, I was told to call in 48 hours to receive the letter. When I called 48 hours later, which was actually 72 because of the public holiday. I was asked whether I paid the R37 for the letter. No one had informed me of this payment which I could have made well in advance. I then spoke to a supervisor called Evelyn who promised me that she would complete and send my clearance letter the following day. When I called the next day at 11, I was told that no action had been taken as yet and they left a message for Evelyn to call me. She never did. At 3pm, I called again only for my call to be dropped by a receptionist who didn't know how to transfer a call. I called again, only to be told that I need to wait 40 days for the letter which came as a big surprise because Evelyn had promised me that letter that same day. How can every staff member have a different story? I am extremely displeased with the miscommunication from vericred and the fact that no one at that company knows what's actually going on. Evelyn, instead of keeping her word, dodged my calls and just went home. Because of course, we are just people who pay their salaries with our mistakes. These financial institutions only care about the bottom line and treat their 'clients' as money bags and inconveniences. I am absolutely disgusted at what I have experienced with this so called reputable company. Vericred has a lot to answer for with their lies. Is there an organisation where one can take this complaint further? They are preventing me from moving forward.
