This fool does not even deserve a rating. People please be very afraid of these people . I understand that money is a scarce commodity these days but always calculate your risks . There are genuine traders and you will know when you come across one . Always request for a a video zoom call to verify any concerns you may have . Do whatever you have to, confirm via contact number, check for a review via Hello Peter or Youtube, check if there is a walk in office a website and address. If on Insta look at how many people are commenting on his posts try get ahold of those people. do not be afraid to do your due diligence in the fear of being discouraged to trade because people that are not familiar in trading will do just that(discourage you). And guys if you want to do something properly... DO IT YOURSELF. don't allow to be taken for a ride . LEARN TO TRADE YOURSELF. KEMANG ATLOFANG TCHELETE FELA FELA, BAKASEKE??????!!!!!! NEVER. I am so sorry for the lot that have been scammed by him and yes the customer services is not there because they don't want to be caught. A lot of theses forex trades are ruthless but remember TO CACULATE YOUR RISK AND RISK WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO LOOSE!!! . Lastly if he can take to so much effort into flashing his lifestyle and giving testimonials what stops you from giving just as much effort in protecting YOUR MONEY?????
I wouldn't even rate them the star I have. This is the most useless broadcaster there is, incompetent to the core. There at it again even after speaking to their Survey Team . Spoke to a Danisile Sokhela who promised my nightmares with them had been sorted but NO THEY HAVE SUSPENDED MY VIEWING AGAIN. I LITTERALLY GAG EVERYTIME I THINK OF THINK OF MULTICHOICE. THE ****** ****S HAVE CUT ME OFF AGAIN.
Multichoice will never improve when it comes to their service. They are hopeless and a lost cause. The only reason they are used is because there is no other network south Africans can buy into and they know it. Something will give one day. I applied for their internet subscription and that was biggest mistake I made. The idiot that helped me (Koketso) decided to disconnect my viewing to all my decoders and to-date I am sitting without service. I called them asking them to fix their **** but instead I was told to go find a technician to fix my problem a problem they creates, oh and to add, o would have to pay that technician to fix the problem. Hows that for ****ed up service. These choice words I'm using are intentional. They are a God forsaken company and they will never change.
For a store like Woolworths that upholds very strong core valued : QUALITY,SERVICE INNOVATION!!!!, INTEGRITY, ENERGY and SUSTAINABILITY. I am really ashamed and saddened. I have been using the Woolworths in my neighborhood for several years now and why not we have always welcomed positive changes and growth in our townships. There is a certain kind of employee that works within the Woolworths brand. there is a reason why Woolworths is as it is especially when it comes to their customer service hence they grooming and train their employees for a certain brand. I am appalled and have been for years now and have said nothing about the Pretoria, Atteridgeville branch, it stops today . I have lodged a complaint with their head office and I am still yet to receive a response. There have been several incidences with the Atteridgeville branch. The incident below is one of many I have ignored in the past and what a mistake that was. Its unfortunate because this bad behavior is coming from the store manager and then intern practiced by his subordinates. Everyone there seems to have a nasty attitude of sorts, nothing compared to the sister stores found in the suburbs . WHAT A SAD JOKE!. INCIDENT: If a store manager can tell me to see to how I carry my groceries because he refuses giving me a plastic bag to carry my groceries telling me that they no longer give plastic bags because of some recycling root they have decided to take on and then not informing their customers publicly.( THIS BY THE WAY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WOOLWORTHS, TRYING TO CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMEN. I CHECKED WITH OTHER BRANCHES. THIS WAS SOMETHING ELSE HAPPENING ON ITS OWN) . There's just a lot of cases that have transpired which leave less to be desired. I have let most of these incidents pass but, will no longer be doing that. Unfortunately as a customers I have been met by ROTTEN EGGS! that have sullied your brand because its located in a township. A brand is important irrespective of where it's located and your staff members need to be reminded of this especially. THE THREE ROTTEN EGGS THAT NEED TO BE REMINDED ARE ERIC(STORE MANAGER) DORIS AND JOYCE I ASUME ARE HIS SPERVISORS. I AM DISAPOINTED !!!
Multichoice just seems to be getting incompetent by the day. The caliber of the consultants working there is really bad, shamefull really. Multichoice call centers are the worst to say the least, wheni comes to customer service and satisfaction. I have spoken to atleast 8 consultants and none could help not even their supervisors are helpful. I called in on the 26th of March 2020 to get my package changed to pricelock. I spoke with Edwin Sedibe(a supervisor to add)who gave me empty promises about resolving my query. To date I have'nt been assisted and they couldn't care less. This is'nt the first time I'm receiving shoddy service from them. They just don't care about coming back to clients or following through. When they say they will escalate a query, they actually mean: YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT US COMING BACK TO YOU. It's UNFORTUNATE that there is no better television programming in South African and that they are the only ones most South Africans depend on when it comes to television broadcasting. If there was something better I would leave faster than they could say "PRICE LOCK. I understand that the shutdown must have increased their call volumes and they are know inundated with call but that is excuse for shoddy customer service.I really wish something better comes up and that they loose clients.
I'm disgusted to say the least of the place I am staying in. The Happy Rhino Hotel, they are not worth any ratings whatsoever. It my first time back in Cape town in a long time, I was looking forward to my stay here looking at their website. On arrival everything seemed okay untill I walked into our room, IT WAS FILTHY to say the least, the remanance of the previous occupants were still there. I'm use to cleanliness when it comes to the hospitality industry different people use their rooms so it is of utmost importance that the premises be spotless for their guests. The staff is highly unprofessional, rude is putting it mild. My initial booking was made in June and I experienced problems with having it confirmed, I was told that my payment was never made even after sending through the proof of payment, the booking was done on booking dot com and I specifically made a booking for three night which was paid. In several occasions I called to confirm if everything was okay an again I was told by someone else that my payment was not made which really frustrated me. It was then confirmed later that it had been made and no apology was given. Closer to my vacation I called again and guess what the booking had been changed from three nights to two. I spoke to the Manager who confirmed that it was actually three nights . I had earlier also asked to add another night which was paid which in total made it four nights. I wasn't sure how many days I'd there hence the separated payments. On checking with front desk again I wanted to find out exactly when I'd be checking out because I didn't trust them, I was told that my booking was for two nights. I lost my temper right there and then I had had enough. I decided to make a payment an I was refused to so by front desk whereas the manager had confirmed availability of rooms before coming to Cape Town. No all of the sudden there might not be space for me and my son. I'm emotional even writing about this experience mostly because it was supposed to have been time well spent with my child. I am so angry and disappointed because they lied l (Happy Rhino Hotel) on what they charged me for my stay I am writing this review so that no one ever comes here and if the do that they have been warned. I know that experiences are different for every one and that we go looking for cheaper accommodation to occupy. I just hope the next person who considers using this hotel thinks hard before using their services
