So after 9 months of struggeling with pathetic service I have desided enough is enough. Quick to make promisis but not so quick to deliver..... I would defenatly recommend VOYS for voip service
So here I go agian. Month 9 that I receive a invoice from this usless company....... and still no service...... they were supposed to have sorted this within a week.... its been 3 weeks and still no resolution. this is the responce i get "Good morning thank you for contacting Supersonic Fiber, apologies for the inconveniences and delays caused, please hang in there while l check your account. Warm regards WN How long am I suppose to hang Pathetic service
If i could i would give supersonic a 0 star rating. been struggeling for 8 months now to get my VOIP sorted. everytime they want to do a whole book on what could possibly be wrong. You don't need a book.......it is easy "IT DOES NOT WORK". getting empty promisis of tec support phoning.
