Literally the worst customer service. Account was debited but bounced paid the account and levy in full. A week later my services are in active due to non payment. Cannot get through to accounts due to business hours but the tech support is only there to assist with internet issues and I quote "in terms of providing answers, it will be extremely limited because we dont have access to the billing system and cannot rectify any mistakes because of that, if there are concerns please try chatting or calling them" I understand that they don't have access to the accounts section. But with no notification or communication advising of the disconnection. Worst part of it all I'm not home everyday so when I get home from work in the evening I need to now wait until the next day. And due to the nature of employment it's a strict no cellphone policy. So what do I do in a situation where you've paid your account, no communication to state that it's being disconnected except to tell you that they are moving you too month to month. Also to only find out that my current billing period is from the 25th which I have never requested it was and always was the 15th. WIBERNET, some of the staff are ***********, does not know or ask why clients want to cancel. Paying for ridiculous speeds, constant outages or issues. Please give some of the staff training on etiquette, communication, retention training, they they are failing Wibernet as a company by not asking how the service could be better.
I've been dealing with Helen, She's been more than of assistance, She's been great at giving me advice and information needed, she knows exactly what the whole process is about. I've been in customer service previously and she exceeded the service I expected. Helen deserves a RAISE!. THANK YOU HELEN FOR all you assistance from the get go, if I must say I would like you to remain my debt counselor agent until I'm through with this process, as you've already gone the extra mile through and through.
The company definitely didn't deserve the 5th star, however the agent Naseerah that assisted me today made it bearable and sorted and assisted me in no time after trying to get through since 3 of August already. Thank you Naseerah, you are the 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The service that I have received from Megan is absolutely phenomenal, orders were always correct. On time. and deliverance was beyond expectations. For all prints and designs. I always recommend you. As your prices are way more affordable and customer service is that you have given me was beyond what I expected. Final products are always perfect. Keep Up the great work. You are an amazing person as well.
