horrible... I didn't expect this. I saw this on Hyperli and knowingly how expensive car service is. I advise my partner that that you can get it for half the price that they are charging. It was not only that he had to sit there almost hours, then they advised they are awaiting on a part of the car that's needed. This extended the services. Finally, it was done, the service was Monday, 22nd July 2024. Yesterday, 26.07.202024. on the N2 late the bottom part of the at the from came loose and something fell off in front and this couldn't leave us in great danger in the dark. Had to drive very slowly in the rain and make sure we get home safe. We got home and a piece of the bottom car at the front came loose or fell off. I can't really tell. Do NOT waste your money, even with your Hyperli discount. I guess its true what they say. Going for cheap route will bite you. I ended up blaming myself as I advised him of them and promoted.
I don't even think they are deservernt of this star. I'm disappointed at the appalling treatment offered at Promenade mall Mc Donald's. Staff very rude. I decided to buy my meal inside and not use the app you have to by the meals outside as mentally and physically I was not functioning. Tired and hungry so was my son. They blatantly told me can't help me should by outside. I asked why she walked away and ignored me. That was rude. I know they have buildt the station for convenience, however the way I was treated was bad. Later when meal came, no toy was in bag. I went to question about it, given an attitude. Gave slip, then given girl toy I asked for boy as requested. She said all we have and walked away. Which I think was a a lie. I'm disgusted at the services given at our local Mc Donald's.
I am very very disappointed in this business, this one star isn't even worth to be here. I had to wait more then two weeks on a refund I was promised 24hours after I was advised of. I called numerous times and kept being advised on different time schedules. Me, being nice left it as is and wait giving benefit of doubt. I was the one calling the whole time for update wasted airtime and time for this. There wasn't a day to find out what is happen, this is poor customer service to the wits. I had to be a crazy woman first today after two weeks and more and only now decided to refund the money. I'm very disappointed after I've given them the praise when we visited. And the financial service they use, Yako, they are even worse, their service is pathetic...
