Went to upgrade my packages and got assisted by a lady Lekala, her two coleagues could not stop talking to her , talkin about personal issues while working with my personal info, when booking out my device she was complaining about slow network, yet her coleague kept phoning her while she was assisting me. Terrible service , won't be returning

Totally dissatisfied with the service...I just renewed my contract with Telkom and now I dont have any internet service because there is an "order" that is opened and no one informed me about this "order" Ive been a Telkom customer for many years and I must say this is a big dissapointment, sales person Obakeng Lutendo made me sign an agreement that I would pay R202.70 if debit order would be rejected...so no Debit order went off because of an " OPEN ORDER" Very Unhappy
Very dissapointed , got the 60GB offer of February 2019 and everything was fine up until beginning September, got 29GB and paid R199 every month on something i never used.so i went in and enquired and only got a sms with a case no that till this day has not been responded to, also this morning new data was suppose to be loaded and got HALF of the initial GB i signed up for. Why would you advertise this deal if you knew you wouldnt be able to supply.
