I've been a loyal brand customer to Vodacom for years. Today I've realized their service is pathetic as they try to pass the blame onto the customer. In October I called through and got info to pay of my handset in full, a Quote was generated and I went ahead and paid it the next morning and emailed the specific email address that was stipulated. Once I got confirmation from Vodacom this was received and handset paid in full, I then called in to reduce my Data /airtime package, did the necessary and was expecting the dropped new premium for November. I now received a sms stating my November invoice is more than double the amount of my initial premiums. I called in the call centre- Agent was helpful, but tried to swing the story around with the feedback she received from her manager- some of the outrageous statements were- My Bill was in arrears of which Vodocam proceeded to deduct from the R5k+ that I paid in for the handset (My bills were never in deficit ever in the more than 10 years I've been their customer.- then she went on to say, No No, Vodacom did not received the email from you early therefore this happened, I asked her when did they receive my email, as I m looking at it now and date and time is there- she could not answer me. I was then told - the quote was not generated when I paid for the handset in full- I proceeded to tell her, there was a quote generated as I could not have made this payment without a quote being done and I did not delay on my side- it was paid the next morning. As their customer- I did everything to the Tee! someone did not do their job and now they are looking for reasons to blame it on me. I'm certainly not paying the more than double the amount premiums this month. they need to investigate this and compensate me for this unnecessary drama and my time loss. ive requested for a complaints dept email address- I was told, Vodacom does not have a complaints dept! Wow A huge company like this, no wonder staff do as they please! she told me she will email me an address when she finds it, Im still waiting... Totally disgusted with the service levels, once a giant in the Mobile World, its sad to see what they have come to.
My parents sliding door was shattered and my dad had made a claim with Absa. initially the experience was not pleasant as calls were cut and nobody bothered to return it, emails went unanswered as well. I had to then step in and contact Absa myself as it was a matter of security and safety for my parents. I had the pleasure of speaking to Buddy who took full accountability of the claim, phoned me back when the call was cut and kept me fully informed throughout the process, Mhuto was also involved and we are thankful for both their assistance. ABSA, please reward good staff members like so- they certainly save yourls name in trying times!
Good day, We would just like to express our gratitude to both Ishwar and Brendon on a job done so well. Both my husband and I had come to your lab (Amanzimtoti) on the 1st of August 2020 for blood tests. The amount of care and respect these gentlemen have for their clients are applaudable. We came in to do tests for insurance purposes, I know it's a long process, but instead of passing the buck to someone else, they took ownership till the end. Both my husband & I have dealt with Tevya since 2017 and every holiday we went for was amazing because of this awesome individual. We recently purchased a property with the assistance of Mr Gary Nichols from the Remax Toti branch. what a pleasure to have dealt with this gentleman. The process was smooth & very efficient. everything we requested for he did in the quickest of time and ensured we the customer was happy.
