Theft: takes money and does not deliver service promised
I do wish it was possible to give a minus rating. Paid a 50% deposit for work to be delivered 3 months ago and to date no work delivered. He is avoiding all calls and messages and is simply trying to get away with theft!!

Pathetic approach to Customer Service
Pathetic approach to customer service!! I placed an order that I needed the goods for urgently, received confirmation that it would be delivered by 19:00 last night, nothing arrived, I posted urgent note to FB Messenger, you chose to ignore that. Then the order is updated to say I will receive by 17:00 today. No contact made by Takealot, no response on my queries. Totally pathetic

Pathetic - does anyone at FNB care about their existing customers?
How disappointing that I am actually forced to give you 1 start as apposed to ZERO! What incredibly poor attention to customer service experienced through your call centre. I have wasted over 3 hours on the line with you, been sent into branch which only re-directed me back to call centre, and now been shifted through 4 departments who say its not my department and I can't help you and then cut me off today!!! How on earth do I get hold of SOMEONE WHO CARES?
