Biggest ****s. They even get angry when you question their validity of how they charge things . Kenny couldn’t even clarify when he was asked how much he charges for an electrical chord - he said he doesn’t do that he just charges for a chord . Who does that? Then he threatens to meet you on the road because we didn’t pay him immediately? We actually almost paid him only to find out his attitude and behaviour along with his stupid company are ****ming people charging ridiculous amounts .
These people are ****s. They over charge and demand payment immediately without transparency and lie just so that they can get the job card! They charge ridiculous prices because they’re actually independent from the company. Biggest ****s. If you deal with Kenny I’m sure he will lie about things having been discussed o suit his narrative . These people are ****s . This company is clearly using a lot of foreigners to gain capital at their expense hence they overcharge customers so that they can give each other a percentage that absolutely makes no sense . Imagine being charged for a cable 6,9k? 😂😂 and they send quotes that aren’t even professional and tell you that they only send detailed quotes upon request.? And the same quote doesn’t have their business logo it’s actually something different . They’re clearly using many websites to **** people by thinking they’re different companies but they’re actually one ☝🏽… shame.
I’ve been waiting and asking for Ofentse to call me or email me with regards to my debit query. They debit my account even though they aren’t supposed to. Till now I’m still waiting for my refund ! I spoke to ofentse and she told me they can’t debit till my income statement is done but they debited ! Now no one is getting back to me with regards to this! I trusted Maxlaw but I see now this was a mistake! I hope this **** gets sorted out soon !
These people are ***********. I spoke to some guy called Sydney asking him to give me my location for my car and he was so rude . He kept shouting over me over the phone . Kept telling him I want to know the location of my car as I woke up and it was gone . He refused saying I must report it and I kept telling him I want to make sure of its location before I take any other steps and he refused to do this. What’s the point of having a tracker if they can’t even do their basic job. This guy Sydney is the worst ! I despise him.

Kingston Tsoka should be fired as someone who works at SMC. He’s utterly rude and has no customer friendly awareness . He is honestly dragging the company name down . The sooner he gets fired the better . He is unhelpful and lacks etiquette. It’s no wonder many people want to cancel their contracts. No empathy or compassion shown whatsoever .
Hi. Why can I only dispute debit orders under R400?? With my FNB App I’m able to even dispute over R1000. Why is it that one always has to refer to a branch for further issues concerned . I’m truly disappointed in this app. It is the worst .
