Disgusting warrantee policy of Fun Factory.
Bought a VGA to HDMI converter for a computor monitor. Unit was faulty and caused the screen to flash to black for a split second and this happens every +- 40 seconds appart. It is incredably disturbing when typing. Took the unit back after having the unit for two months only to be told no warranty or exchange outside of 7 days!!!! Effectively this warrantee is worthless and anything you buy from this company is at risk as they will not accommodate you and you are treated like dirt for having the audacity in wanting a warrantee claim.0 replies

******* standard bank charges and account abuse by bank.
In spite of not wanting or using a garage card for the last 7 years plus, this bank without authorisation have debited my account for a card and have not bothered sending it to me either. To try and get a reversal of the R1200 charged in April this year is just resulting in promises but since reporting three times funds still not reflecting. A downgrade from Private Banking to MYMo did not stop them putting this not used account into an overdraft and still had the cheek to charge for the not requested overdraft facility and then to make matters worse charged me interest on the supposed overdue.3 replies
