Syntech/Gizzu don't want to assist with recalled unit
Bought a Gizzu 518W unit that turned out to be 1 of the units that were recalled due to a manufacturing error. Now...I bought it from Cash Converters, who got it from Takealot. Confirmed by Gizzu support. IE. new from the manufacturer it just took another route to get to me. Received an email from "Gizzu support" but now I am blocked from replying. for some reason! Don't see why a recalled unit can't be swapped just because I got it through a different supplier. I am also willing to trade it in for a discount or at the very least I wanted to know where I can have it fixed, but alas: no assistance!

All's well that ends well
Package showed as being "out for delivery" for 3 days. I called them on the third day to enquire about it. They told me it's on it's way. Did not happen. Another couple of calls, and a day, later they were looking for the package! Long story short; they found the package and delivered it as promised by Jonite Kgole. Thanks for everything.

Don't waste your money! They don't care anymore!
OVHD is(or used to be...) a fine alternative to SABC, but why only reach for 1 step better when you could be great?! Why show pathetic, dubbed, series from other countries and then don't even bother to do that correctly(Capey voices for White people! Old voices for young people!!) And why even show MORE soapies! We have enough of this ****. A year back you had a lot better programming! AND for FS, why are you showing foreign soapies on REWIND?!!! Rather rewatch SOS and Big oaks. AND PLEASE stop with all the Bollywood! You have 3-4 channels dedicated to it, but there is always 3-4 oither channels also showing Bollywood ****.
