A NIGHTMARE!
Absolute Nightmare. Been trying to get our business line sorted out for over a year. Client's cant get through, calls get cut. Call centre in India continually tell us their diagnostics don't pick up any problems and all is in order. Can hardly even understand what they're saying. Accounts continually send us notice to suspend our account as we're not paying and keep on explaining over and over again that we're not paying for a service we're not receiving. Never gets resolved. Considering suing them for loss of business for the past year. Absolutely shocking.
